Food is ok. They dont deliver to my location because driver asked for tip and i told him i dont like to be asked. If you arent willing to pay your driver good thats your fault. Also i think the driver that brought the food is part of the ownership...so i dont know why if they making money and im spending 30 dollars you will beg for a tip..man looked so pathetic and childish begging and complaining to a CUSTOMER..and then he starts to yap under his breathe to his car cause i told him off..its just rude to ask for tip and even worse complain...and you guys look so unprofessional saying you wont bring to my house...dont you make enough money to not ask? i used to deliver pizzas and i never asked for anything....i just did my job..ID WATCH out...with an attitude like that they may put hair on your food or do SOmething...

Best Chinese around. Just don't order via Grubhub. They're awful.

Nice group that visits taven, met some,very nice, interesting people. Once the bar tender knows you, your drink is waiting for you as you walk in ..

We were there for a birthday party and the service was very good, food fantastic. Lots of laughs with old friends, karaoke on tap tonight. They went overboard to make a great time better.

Awesome Mai Tai drinks, food is great. This place typically isn't too crowded.

Bad food, bad service and no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom.

I love there fast service for $5 mai tai's and house special rice and the popo platter for two a must try and have feeds at least 3 to 4 people.

One of my favorite places. I just wish the waitstaff at the bar were a little quicker with the service. It takes forever to get a drink.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Tonight my husband and I ordered food and I specifically asked for extra extra EXTRA peanut sauce on the pad Thai, and got NONE. Then the delivery driver freaked out and was so rude when I told him I would call the restaurant to give my credit card number for a tip rather than giving it directly to him. It was such an unpleasant experience... can’t even eat my meal. There are so many great Asian cuisines in the Andover/North Andover area, don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Sushi is always very fresh and well made. Have gotten take-out on two occasions and been very satisfied. They also have a variety of creative rolls, beyond the basic Philly and Alaska etc. Although they also have the basics and those are great too.

Best hot pot in the North! Pretty decent price and service was great. I love have they have a variety of Asian cuisine!

Just ordered from there. Absolutely delicious. Everything was so good. The sesame chicken and rice and Lomein and crab rangoon and vegetables it’s all delicious

Don't let the decor fool you. Hokkaido is phenomenal. The chicken wings are the hands down the best I've ever had. They're huge, crispy and you can really taste the 5 spice seasoning. This place instantly became our new favorite Asian restaurant.

Not bad. At least the server greeted me respectfully. Perhaps they arenr used to black men in this area either.

This is my family's favorite place to eat. Sushi Chinese either one amazing. Garlic noodles off the charts great and salt and pepper calamari also menu secret.

Ordered food from Hokkaido tonight using the GrubHub delivery service. It wasn't cheap. The appetizers were standard fare, and good. The sushi I ordered was absolutely inedible. It smelled rotten and tasted disgusting. Do not order sushi!

Surprisingly amazing. The place was pretty empty, but we went early on a Sunday night. Drinks were pretty good, all tropical (think tiki bar), the Zombie stood out as a family favorite. But the real draw is the menu, which has a little bit of everything. We only tried from the Chinese, Thai, and Japanese menu, but all selections were great. Sushi was a hit especially, really generous size and tasted great. The Ginger chicken and Beef dishes were also great, but very heavy on the ginger. Sesame chicken was delicious, standard, hard to mess up sesame chicken.

been coming here for 4-5 years during lunch break at least once a month. for a chinese fast food place the food is pretty good. beware, the mai tais are strong. i love their crab rangoons.

Quiet place to dine and good food. Had a hot pot dinner. It took a little while to bring out the raw meat for it, hence the 4 star. I would go again however.

Third time we've gotten food here and they've messed up an order. It's always either they completely forget something or give us the wrong meal

This is my wife's and I place to go when craving Chinese food and sushi, the food is always fresh the taste is always on point 👍 to the chef and Vivian is the best. They also have Karaoke nights on weekends fun fun.

Had a wonderful time meeting up with friends on Friday night. Only went to the bar. Drinks were good. Staff friendly. Karaoke was a blast.

A variety of choices from Japanese, Thai, Chinese menu. We had dishes from chinise and Thai menus and the were all very good. Generous portions, high quality ingredients, very tasty.

I love this place I've become part of it I started to come here and realize how everyone treets you like family all the time every week I'm a regular and I feel like this is my home that's how the people treat you here so come on and enjoy the family that we have at Hokkaido

AWESOME. BEST RESTAURANT. It is a very good top notch restaurant. The food is delicious. And they serve very warm, unlike China Blossom. The service is really friendly and fast. WE even got to know one of the waiters, who taught us how to eat with chopsticks. IT is a great place to go.

Food is okay, waiter was not friendly. They need some customer service big time. One thing they have going for them is their karaoke.

Been here a few times. Fun karaoke on Saturday's nights. Drinks are good..the only problem is the waiting time for a drink at the bar. Attendant is super slow.

I loved my experience here on Thursday karaoke night . It was like the weekend came early and made Friday at work a whole lot better to deal to deal with. The Mai tai was great, the egg rolls were great and the entertainment was great! I can see why the lady sitting next to me at the bar said she’s been going there for 20 years. The regulars make it so much fun because they’ve been practicing but anyone can have fun because no one is judging you , it’s all about the fun memories here.

Sorry guys but, i had to wait 20 min to get my drink. The drink was good though. The philly role i ate one peice of and, it had avocado in it which im allergic too and it didnt say it had it in there on the menu and i ate one piece of tuna sushi and left the rest of both of them and idk what was up with the spicy mayo but that to was just off. And not to mention there was a used tampon next to my car

Wouldn't even give them a 1. Food was the worst I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant or Asian restaurant. No toilet paper or paper towels and restrooms were discusting. Seats at bar area had holes in them and patched with duck tap Okay beers are the cheapest around however wouldn't eat there again.

I love Chinese Food and very picky. Hokkaido is by far the best. Always fresh and server is always pleasant. More than enough food. Try it once you'll will go back

Placed an advanced order for New Years eve and im going on 25 minutes wait and peopl3 infront of me are about an hour wait this is not acceptable will not be coming back.GET YOU ACT TOGETHER TERRIBLE SERVICE. Update after finally getting my food an hour and ten minutes later I get home and the beef is cold as is the chicken..We definitely will not be ordering here again not just because of poor time management but also for lack of customer care for their errors. Owner just smiles and laughs says there is nothing he can do. Not recommended.

Incredible sushi. The Unagi is very good, also Spicy Salmon.
